  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped using our Free Standard Shipping service and typically arrive within:

  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional delivery charges are applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package directly with the carrier.

  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Send your photos and order number to info@esmerae.com.

Without photographic evidence, we are unable to provide a refund, replacement, or credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
